Person who checked us in was very nice. Most other staff was nice. One lady was not so friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was nice. Sheets were very soft and silky. Shower had excellent pressure but it was hard not to make a mess everywhere.

The receptionist was very personable to a couple of moms traveling with a high school golf team. When we checked in she gave us the team room rate which was better than what we booked online — SCORE! She gave us advice on where to eat dinner at a late hour and let us leave "goodie bags" on the counter for the players. Breakfast was good for this type of hotel (small, a bit outdated).

The room was nicely updated and clean. The beds were SO comfortable!!!! Best sleep I've had in months!!

Breakfast was standard. A few more choices would have been nice. But the food was good and the staff was nice.

Staff was great, helpful and friendly. Clean comfortable room. Had a wheelchair room the bathroom was easy to navigate and the bed was a good height also

Friendly staff, checking in was easy. We only stayed for a few hours as it was a rest stop while we were driving across country in 2 days. But it was clean and comfortable.

Everyone was so gracious to cyclists. Helpful with bike storage, close to the trail and easy walk into town. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Breakfast offered everything we needed.

The hotel is right on the Heart of Ohio & Kokosing trail connection. We bring the grandkids to town to ride the Heart of Ohio trail to the Ariel Foundation park one day, then the Kokosing trail to Gambier to see steam engine #63 and caboose the next day. The Music & Art Festival is a fun way to spend the afternoon in between. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed.

Perfect when riding your bike. I raced from West coast to the East coast and this hotel was the only one that had a hose and cleaning wipes for bikes. Perfect!
